Baked French Toast
1 loaf day old Challah bread, unsliced
8 beaten eggs
3 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 T vanilla
1 t salt
sugar and cinnamon
butter
Slice bread and layer in 9 X 13 dish. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt and pour over bread. Make sure every piece of bread is saturated! Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and dot with butter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
Overnight Breakfast Casserole
6 slices bread
1 lb sausage (cooked and drained)
1 tsp dry mustard
2 c shredded cheddar
6 eggs
2 c milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Grease a 9x13 pan. Lay out bread into bottom of pan. Mix mustard into browned sausage. Beat egg, milk, w. sauce, salt and pepper until blended well. Layer sausage and cheese over bread. Pour on the egg to cover. Cover w/ alum. foil and refrig overnight. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.

2 cups quick cooking oats
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
1 egg, 2 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325F. In a large bowl combine the oatmeal, baking powder and salt. Mix in remaining ingredients; stir and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
